McGregor and Nurmagomedov were being disciplined for the brawl that broke out after their UFC 229 fight, which also involved McGregor’s teammate Dillon Danis, and Nurmagomedov’s teammates Zubaira Tukhugov and Abubakar Nurmagomedov.

With the re-licensing, it means that Jones is able to once again compete in Nevada which is where his next bout will be held when he is to take on top contender, Anthony ‘Lionheart’ Smith.

Tuesday morning we found out that UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov won’t be eligible to return to action until April at the earliest. However, upon his return, it doesn’t seem like he’ll be accepting any fights that are set to take place in the state of Nevada, which is the state that punished him following his last bout in October 2018 at UFC 229 in Las Vegas.
