Nunes: “Miehsa as a fighter has a lot of holes in her game”

By Chris Taylor - May 1, 2016

Top UFC women’s bantamweight contender Amanda Nunes will square off with division champion Miesha Tate at this summer’s blockbuster UFC 200 event in Las Vegas.

Nunes is confident that she can expose the ‘holes’ in Miesha Tate’s fight game and become the UFC’s new women’s bantamweight title holder on July 9 in Sin City.

Amanda had this to say about “Cupcake” during the UFC 200 press conference:

“I think Miesha as a fighter has a lot of holes in her game. In the standup, the ground game. I have all the tools to beat Miesha. I’m going to show you guys. She is beatable. If I take my time, I’m going to beat Miesha. Standup, ground game, whatever. UFC 200, it’s coming. I have all the tools to beat you Miesha and I’m going to show everybody. You think you’re going to beat me. You think it. We’ll see.”
