VIDEO | Georges St-Pierre fight simulation shows what Bisping can expect at UFC 217

By Tom Taylor - November 1, 2017

This Saturday night, in the main event of the absolutely stacked UFC 217, former UFC welterweight champion and all-around MMA legend Georges St-Pierre will return from a lengthy hiatus. His opponent in this UFC 217 comeback fight will be reigning UFC middleweight champion Michael Bisping.

On Wednesday morning, St-Pierre shared a video to Twitter that apparently foreshadows just the kind of punishment that Bisping is in for this Saturday – and it includes a Karate Kid style crane kick, and a quick tea break. See this entertaining video above.

This bout will be St-Pierre’s first since he defended his welterweight title with a narrow decision defeat of Johny Hendricks back in November of 2013. This win was preceded by a string of title defenses over top flight foes in Nick Diaz, Carlos Condit, Jake Shields, Josh Koscheck, Dan Hardy, Thiago Alves, BJ Penn and Jon Fitch.

Bisping, on the other hand, has not fought since October of 2016, when he picked up a similarly contentious decision over retiring legend Dan Henderson. Bisping won the middleweight strap in June of 2016, knocking out Luke Rockhold in an upset of the year contender.

Here’s the full UFC 217 lineup as it stands:
