According to The Mirror, the Irish MMA star is being accused of assaulting a fellow patron inside a bar called the Marble Arch in the Drimnagh suburb of his native Dublin, Ireland. The news was first reported by Dizz on Twitter.

According to court records per MMAJunkie, prosecutors have reduced two charges against Conor McGregor in his alleged incident with a fan and his cellphone outside a Miami nightclub last month. The Irish superstars previous charge of a felony has been reduced to a misdemeanor, which means the potential maximum sentence would only be six years as opposed to 20-years which police were pushing for. According to police records, the SBG Ireland standout allegedly slapped a phone out of a fans hand after he was trying to take a photo of McGregor picture around 5 a.m. on March 11. McGregor then stomped on the phone several times.

The two sent personal attacks back and forth, where both went after each others families, with McGregor also seemingly taking a shot at Nurmagomedov’s religion.
