Lightweight fighter Drakkar Klose revealed on Instagram he will no longer be fighting at UFC Sacramento. UFC Sacramento will take place this Saturday, July 13, at the Golden 1 Center in Sacramento. One the fight card, Drakkar Klose was scheduled to fight Beneil Dariush.

Beneil Dariush went 735 days without a win. It was a rough two years for the 29-year-old. There’s no other way to put it. In that stretch, he suffered losses to Edson Barboza and Alexander Hernandez as well as a draw with Evan Dunham. But finally, this past November, Dariush got his hand raised again inside the Octagon. Dariush had a dominating performance and scored a unanimous decision win over Thiago Moises to snap his winless streak. This was a massive relief for him.

On Saturday night, #5 UFC ranked lightweight Edson Barboza added another highlight reel knockout to his collection. Barboza met #9 ranked Beneil Dariush on the main card of the UFC Fight Night 106 event that went down in Fortaleza, Brazil. In the second round of their fight, Barboza connected with a stunning flying knee that put Dariush out cold. The spectacular finish had the UFC award Barboza with a $50,000 performance of the night bonus.
