Dana White won't make decision on UFC light heavyweight title yet amid Carlos Ulberg's injury

Dana White won’t rush a decision on the UFC Light Heavyweight Championship at the start of Carlos Ulberg’s recovery. Ulberg’s team revealed to Ariel Helwani that the newly-minted 205-pound champion underwent surgery for a torn ACL. Ulberg also suffered additional injuries in his title win over Jiri Prochazka at UFC 327. “Black Jag” has some tibia damage along with bone bruising.

In a recent vlog with Adam Zubayraev, Chimaev dismissed the thought of harming Strickland inside the Octagon beyond the effects of combat sports competition. What was quite eye-opening, however, was when “Borz” discussed what would happen in a street fight between the two. That’s when Chimaev said, “If he dies, he dies.”

It didn’t work out that way for “Durinho,” who was stopped in the third round via TKO. After the fight, Burns took off his gloves and announced that he is done with MMA competition.
