He’s the official #1 ranked middleweight in the world. Luke Rockhold submitted former champion Lyoto “The Dragon” Machida on FOX back in April, was awarded the fight (Performance of the Night) for both their efforts in their main event scrap.
Rockhold will be facing the man that beat a legend not once but twice in Chris Weidman. The champ, fighting with Serra-Longo Fight Team, is currently ranked as the #2 P4P (pound for pound) list of fighters in the world.
