Fabricio Werdum OUT: UFC 196 card less a title bout

With Stipe Miocic looking like a hero for stepping up in such short notice, sources reveal that the fight in fact will not go down between Miocic and Werdum.
Cain Velasquez had to call off the fight due to injury leaving Werdum less than two weeks to prepare for a different fight. Werdum reserved the right not to fight due to his own injuries that he would of had to fight through had not Velasquez stepped down from the title fight.
With the upper tier heavyweight division on a stand still, who will emerge from the bottom half of the top ten to revitalize the heavyweight division.
