In this exclusive video from LayzieTheSavage we see UFC women’s bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey blasting the heavy-bag with instruction from head coach Edmond Tarverdyan.
The video was taken some time back, on just Rousey’s 2nd day of training camp in preparation for her fight against Holly Holm at UFC 193 next month.
