Former UFC featherweight champion Jose Aldo is currently coming off the first loss of his UFC career at the hands of Conor McGregor back in December. In addition to the loss being the first of his UFC career, Aldo lost his UFC featherweight championship in the fight, something he is obsessed with reclaiming.
Ahead of his UFC 200 fight with Frankie Edgar for the interim featherweight championship, Aldo reflected on his training, as well as why his fight with Frankie Edgar is merely a piece of the puzzle that is his hopes of reclaiming the featherweight championship.
