UFC featherweight champion Conor McGregor is scheduled for a non-title welterweight rematch with Nate Diaz at UFC 202 on August 20.

With the fight being McGregor’s second fight in a row at 170 pounds, people are questioning if “The Notorious” will ever make it back down to 145 pounds to defend his featherweight title that he won back in December.

Recently, McGregor’s coach John Kavanagh held a Periscope session with fans and answered questions.

Kavanagh was asked various questions from fans and had some interesting things to say. From their prediction of finishing Diaz in the fourth round to McGregor’s usual walk around weight of 175 pounds, Kavanagh was a bit skeptical on answering if “The Notorious” will ever defend his featherweight title. “Mmm, let’s get this one out of the way,” Kavanagh said hesitantly regarding if McGregor would ever fight at 145 pounds again.
