Tuesday afternoon, the Staples Center in California played host to the first Floyd Mayweather vs. Conor McGregor press conference, where the pair both addressed fans in attendance, and began the war of words ahead of their August 26th scrap.

Conor McGregor delivered the first speech to fans in attendance, while Mayweather closed out the event. After both men spoke their pieces on the mic, they came face to face for another staredown, where they talked nothing but trash. Unfortunately for viewers, and fans in attendance, it was hard to hear just what was being said between the two men.

In a new video, you can see part 2 of ‘Dana White’s #MayMacWorldTour Video Blog’, which features captions of what was said between the two men in the staredown.

Following the stare down, McGregor explained to Ariel Helwani what was said between the two men, saying:

“He tried to say something about the gloves,” he said. “I was like ‘you cried about the gloves. You cried about the ounces of the gloves.’ He tried to say something about ‘UFC next,’ or ‘MMA next.’ I was like ‘talking shit [about something] you won’t do.’ Other than it was just back and forth. The usual shit.”

That of course came on the heels of both men predicting that they will finish one another in the fight. With McGregor promising fans that he would knock Mayweather out and hand the undefeated boxer his first professional loss, while Mayweather predicted that he would finish McGregor, a feat which would mark the first stoppage win of Mayweather’s career since 2011, when he KOd Victor Ortiz in the 4th round to retain his lineal welterweight, and win the WBC welterweight title.
