Belal Muhammad expects Jiri Prochazka to win gold again at UFC 327: “He always figures out a way to win”

Jiri Prochazka will become a two-time UFC champion this Saturday if Belal Muhammad’s prediction proves to be correct.

Prochazka and Carlos Ulberg will be sharing the Octagon in the main event of UFC 327 in Miami. The vacant UFC Light Heavyweight Championship will be at stake. The 205-pound gold was vacated by Alex Pereira, who will be facing Ciryl Gane for the interim heavyweight title at UFC Freedom 250.

In a new video uploaded to his YouTube channel, Muhammad gave his assessment of the fight. He shared his opinion on what Ulberg must do to find success against Prochazka (via MMAJunkie).

“I think for Ulberg, you’ve got to keep it at range,” Muhammad said. “I think you’ve got to stay in kickboxing range, stay long, and you’ve got to be very patient. If you’re clean, you’re disciplined with your defense, you do not get in a fire fight, you do not get wild, I think if you keep it at a slow pace, you could do well. The low kick is there. Even the high kick is going to be there.”

Ultimately, Muhammad feels that Prochazka will be able to create enough chaos to give Ulberg problems this weekend. He expects Prochazka to be reunited with UFC gold, making him one of the few two-time light heavyweight champions under the top MMA promotion.

“I’m going with Jiri,” Muhammad said. “He always figures out a way to win. He has a crazy chin. He has a crazy style and mentality. I like Jiri here, and I think he’s going to be the champ.”
