Following the disappointing setback, Rose Namajunas sat down with ESPN to discuss her future and what, if anything, might come next.

“Going into this one I was like, ‘this might be the last time I ever do this.’ But we’ll see. We’ll take it one day at a time. Like, this is a lot. But it was super fun. I had a great time.” Rose Namajunas told ESPN following UFC 237. “I kind of always think that. But this time was pretty heavy. It’s a lot on Pat and I’s relationship and everything. But like, there’s so much good that comes out of it. You’ve gotta see the bright side of everything. It’s easy to dwell on the negative. But, you kinda have to not give yourself grey hairs either.”

With tonight’s loss, Rose Namajunas mow moves to 8-4 in her professional mixed martial arts career.
