Renato Moicano slams UFC for booking him against Chris Duncan

UFC veteran Renato Moicano has given his thoughts on the promotion booking him against Chris Duncan.
Last weekend, Renato Moicano was able to get himself back in the win column with a nice victory over former training partner Chris Duncan. It served as a reminder to the masses that the Brazilian is still a real player in the lightweight division, and he’s still more than happy to call out just about anyone as he attempts to climb back into contention at 155 pounds.
Of course, Moicano has always been a pretty outspoken guy, but in recent years, he has taken that to a new level. He isn’t afraid to say what he thinks, whether it be about one of his opponents or even the Ultimate Fighting Championship itself.
In the post-fight press conference, Moicano had the following to say about being booked against Duncan in the first place.
Moicano discusses Duncan booking
“This Apex card was f—ing s—,” Moicano told reporters. “Dana White, don’t listen to that. But, you’re having Moicano as a main event in f—ing Apex. Are you kidding me?
“And who is f—ing Chris Duncan, brother? That fight doesn’t add to my career, doesn’t add to my YouTube, you know?
“I think it should be a fight that I can promote, like (Brian) Ortega, like Paddy Pimblett, like Dan Hooker. Maybe Benoit Saint-Denis. Somebody that the fans know,” he added.
“It’s not about winning and losing, it’s about getting the most hype. People talking about you because this is the business.”
