Then the idea of needing to push her time table further to get back into the octagon was due to her movie commitments. Now Rousey fans might need to wait a little longer for her rematch or a potential trilogy with the former champ. Here is Rousey on the Tonight show with her comment:

The original decision would of saw the end of “The Axe Murderer” career, however, his push for a fight with Fedor “The Last Emperor” Emelianenko won’t materialize this year due to the ban.

Last year it was revealed that Gleison Tibau had failed a USADA drug test after his win over Abel Trujillo at UFC Fight Night: Belfort vs. Henderson 3. It was then revealed that Tibau failed a second drug test as well. Tibau was suspended indefinitely while the UFC and USADA attempted to make sense of the situation. Following that Tibau apologized for the infraction.

The loss was understandably tough for Rousey, who refrained from appearing in public for quite some time until the Marine Corps Ball, and then her SNL hosting gig. In addition, Rousey shot for the 2016 Sports Illustrated Body Issue, which she will grace the cover of.
