Former UFC star Nate Diaz has issued an interesting warning to three of the top heavyweights in boxing.

Nate Diaz, UFC, Payouts

For the longest time now, Nate Diaz has been one of the most fascinating stars in the world of combat sports. From his early days in mixed martial arts to boxing in his post-UFC career, Nate knows how to make some noise. Of course, that’s given him plenty of enemies along the way, both in the cage and the squared circle.

The popular opinion is that Diaz will return to MMA at some point in the future. Alas, we wouldn’t put it past him to carry on with his boxing exploits, despite his loss to Jake Paul.

In a recent tweet, he put out perhaps his most outrageous suggestion yet by going after Anthony Joshua, Deontay Wilder and Tyson Fury.

Diaz calls his shot

“Anthony Joshua, Deontay wilder, Tyson fury. I’ll whoop all your asses just so u know. [fist emoji]”

There’s no way of predicting what Nate Diaz is going to come out with next. Obviously, he isn’t going to face off against any of these guys, but it never hurts to keep your name in the spotlight.

In terms of options, this is a veteran who can pick just about anything to do next. He’s one of the most beloved fighters of his generation by hardcore fans and if given the opportunity, we imagine he’d be more than happy to step back in the cage.

What do you believe Nate Diaz should do next in his career? If he does make his return to the UFC, what level of opponent do you believe he should be given? Let us know, BJPENN Nation!
