This weekend, the UFC returns to beautiful Hamburg, Germany with an exciting night of fights. The card will be headlined by a showdown between Josh Barnett (34-8) and Andrei Arlovski (25-12)–two heavyweights that have been at it for years, yet still remain relevant players in this most unpredictable of divisions.
In advance of this pivotal heavyweight scrap, the UFC has shared video of Barnett’s 2013 bout with Frank Mir. You can watch that action-packed bout below:
When Barnett enters the Octagon with Arlovski this Saturday, he’ll look to rebound from a late January submission loss to Ben Rothwell. Arlovski, meanwhile, will look to correct a two-fight skid, having been smoked by Stipe Miocic and Alistair Overeem in his last two outings. Though the winner certainly won’t be granted a title shot, they will regain their footing in the ever-competitive heavyweight division. The loser, in contrast, is likely to exit the contendership conversation for good.
