Back in 2013 Jon Jones and Alexander Gustafsson put on one of the greatest fights in UFC history at UFC 165 when the pair fought to a controversial decision that saw Jones retain the UFC light heavyweight championship. Prior to that however, the pair were featured as guests of honor at Legend Fight Show, where Alexander Emelianenko fought Bob Sapp.

Brother of UFC star Jon “Bones” Jones was taken into Norwood hospital Sunday morning for a medical emergency. It wan’t until today have more sources come forward indicating that the emergency turned out to be an apparent drug overdose. The Boston Herald received a copy of the dispatch records:

Jon “Bones” Jones turned pro back in 2008 at the young age of  20 yrs old.   Before that Jones was studying Criminal Justice at Morrisville State College.

Former light heavyweight champion Jon Jones recently put out a video mocking the current champion Daniel Cormier. Jones recorded a past interview of Cormier and teased him after Cormier said that “people don’t even like me, they just hate Jon Jones!” Cormier replied to Jones’ video with a tweet questioning what “Bones” was doing in the dark watching the old videos of DC.
