This Saturday December 5th is the 3rd anniversary of the UFC GYM BJ Penn in Honolulu Hawaii!
To celebrate the occasion, all are welcome to attend the event from 9am-4pm which will include guest appearances from UFC Hall of Famer Matt Hughes, and our very own BJ Penn.
In addition there will be a spider guard clinic taught by 4th degree black belt Mauricio Mariano, and a ‘Fight Fit’ event hosted by Matt Hughes.
