“The Predator” was able to land a beautifully timed right hand just seconds into the opening round which sent Curtis Blaydes crashing to the canvas.

Blaydes would quickly scramble back up to his feet, only to be sent back down to the floor by another big punch from Ngannou. After a couple more punches the referee had seen enough and stepped in to call a stop to the action.

This marked the second time that Francis Ngannou had defeated Curtis Blaydes via Technical Knockout.

“The Predator” had previously defeated Blaydes via second-round TKO (doctors stoppage) at UFC Fight Night 86 in April of 2016.

Following his emphatic victory in tonight’s UFC Beijing main event, Francis Ngannou named three potential opponents for his next octagon appearance during his post-fight interview with Dan Hardy.

“Junior dos Santos owes me one fight, and then I’m looking for (Alexander) Volkov. Also, I want to get my revenge against Stipe Miocic.” stated Francis Ngannou in his post-fight interview.

Since joining the UFC ranks in December of 2015, Francis Ngannou has compiled a 7-2 record, with all seven of those victories coming by way of stoppage.
