Early Tuesday morning it was revealed that UFC lightweight champion Rafael dos Anjos had withdrawn from his UFC 196 lightweight title fight with UFC featherweight champion Conor McGregor.

The UFC has been scrambling to find a replacement for dos Anjos less than 2 weeks away from fight night. Since RDA announced his withdrawal Donald Cerrone and Anthony Pettis have both stepped up and offered to fight McGregor on short notice.

In addition, many are expecting Nate Diaz to be a popular option to fill-in for dos Anjos given the fact that he called out McGregor following his UFC on FOX 17 win over Michael Johnson.
