Paul Malignaggi details how his sparring with Conor McGregor ACTUALLY went down

By Chris Taylor - August 3, 2017

Earlier today photos surfaced on social media of Paul Malignaggi laid out on the boxing ring canvas with current UFC lightweight champion of the world Conor McGregor standing over top of him.

The former two-weight boxing champion, Malignaggi, was not at all happy with the leaked images from his recent sparring sessions with “Mystic Mac” and blasted Team McGregor online for their lack of ethics.

In addition to that, Paul told ESPN’s Brett Okamoto that no actual knockdowns had occurred during his sparring with Conor McGregor but that there was one “push down”.

“Its not nice 2 paint a pic that isn’t true, this was a pushdown in sparring, post the whole video rounds 1 through 12 UNEDITED”

“The @ufc PI has cameras all over the gym recording 24/7. The video exists UNEDITED of rounds 1 through 12 Tuesday night, let the fans see.”

“I came to help this camp out, not to be exploited, now your gonna get the truth though. Post FULL UNEDITED VIDEO FROM TUES night”

Shortly after posting the three tweets listed above, a pissed off and annoyed “Magic Man” responded to a tweet which suggested that Paul was only mad because he got “touched up” by a 0-0 MMA Fighter just learning to box.

“I actually beat his ass, 24 hrs off a flight 2 lol, which is why I’m saying post the vid, I try not 2 be petty but seems it’s late 4 that now.”

“Only his personal photographers allowed in the gym. Don’t just invent you’re own reality of things because it’s how u wish it to be buddy.”

Conor McGregor and his team have yet to respond to Mr. Malignaggi.
