If you haven’t watched episode two or the highlights from Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series, you may not have been introduced to a new MMA star on the rise, Sean O’Malley.
“Sugar” Sean holds a perfect 8-0 professional mixed martial arts record after picking up another highlight reel over Alfred Khashakyan on the Contender Series. The MMA Lab product is the only fighter that walked away with a contract from the second episode and is already rubbing shoulders with some big names. Snoop Dogg was doing the Snoopcast commentary for Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series and made sure people watching knew O’Malley’s name.

Following the big performance and getting a UFC contract, O’Malley, who isn’t afraid to hide his love for marijuana was seen smoking with the rap legend to celebrate his win and new job with the UFC.
“There were some tough ones tonight man,” said Dana White after the Tuesday Night Contender Series fights. “I liked a lot of guys. Like you said the whole show delivered but I’m looking for exciting. I’m looking for flashy. I’m looking for somebody who has that thing. Sean O’Malley is that thing. I like this kid. I like everything about him. I like his fighting style and he’s the guy.”
