In the co-main event of UFC 201, Karolina Kowalkiewicz extended her unbeaten streak as she impressed fans with her split decision win over Rose Namajunas.
Kowalkiewicz utilized her knees and elbows to dominate the fight in the clinch, landing numerous knees to the body in the second round. In the third round she showcased her grappling as she stuff Namajunas’ takedowns, and escaped several submissions on the ground.
With the win she extends her record to 10-0, and likely sets up a fight with UFC women’s strawweight champion Joanna Jedrzejczyk.
