UFC featherweight champion Conor McGregor arrived fashionably late to the UFC 205 pre-fight press conference in New York on Thursday.

It was a wild and crazy presser as McGregor’s opponent, UFC lightweight champion Eddie Alvarez stormed off the stage prior to his opponent’s tardy arrival frustrated with the fact that “The Notorious” was absent from his seat at the beginning of the event.

Then walked in McGregor, dressed in red pants, a red shirt, and a white “Gucci mink” coat where the fans in attendance showered the Irishman in cheers. Things nearly got out of hand when a moment built up where “The Notorious” nearly threw a chair at Alvarez in his expensive wardrobe.

Alvarez pointed out after the presser that he saw the tags still on McGregor’s “Gucci mink” and had a fun time claiming that “The Notorious” probably stole the coat.

“It’s funny,” Alvarez stated. “I seen the tags hanging from it. I think he rented it. So, you got found out man. The tags were still hanging from your mink!”

McGregor replied to Alvarez stating that his coat costs more than the lightweight champion’s fight show purse.

Alvarez went on to laugh and claim, “I think he stole it! I think he stole it!”

Wardrobes aside, what it all comes down to is the UFC lightweight title fight between the current lightweight champion Eddie Alvarez and current featherweight champion Conor McGregor. The two are set to headline UFC 205, in what many are considering the biggest UFC event ever put together with it taking place for the first time in the state of New York at the historic Madison Square Garden.
