Logan Paul urges Conor McGregor to join WWE because he’s ‘cooked’ in MMA: “He has a lot of people fooled”

Logan Paul believes Conor McGregor’s viability as an MMA fighter is long gone, but a WWE run is a different story.
McGregor was hoping to make his UFC 329 return a memorable one, but it ended up making waves for the wrong reasons. It didn’t take the “Notorious” one long to go high-risk with a leaping kick attempt on Max Holloway. The Irish megastar ended up landing awkwardly, injuring his ACL and meniscus. McGregor’s right knee buckled, and referee Mike Beltran had no choice but to stop the fight.
Paul witnessed the disappointing outcome, and he doesn’t believe McGregor can bounce back as a prizefighter. “The Maverick” does know a thing or two about what it takes to be a WWE superstar, and he took to the “Impaulsive” podcast to suggest that “Mystic Mac” join him in the world of sports entertainment (via MMAMania.com).
“I’ll be honest with you, I texted my boss after Conor lost,” Paul said. “I was like, ‘Bro, Conor’s cooked. Like, do something with him. Make a bag, let me fight him.‘ Big WWE star vs. big WWE star, because that’s what he is now. Conor is doing WWE because he’s incapable of fighting. He has a lot of people fooled. And he fooled everyone before this fight. Just like Mike Tyson fooled everyone before he fought my brother, Jake Paul. Like, age matters.”
McGregor has teased possibly crossing over for WWE at some point, and many believe it would be the perfect pairing. The former two-division UFC champion was recently asked about one of WWE’s top stars Roman Reigns, to which McGregor responded by asking “who?” Those within TKO Group Holdings reportedly said McGregor is well aware of who Reigns is, but he wants to stir the pot to keep his options open.
