Conor McGregor is now retired from MMA — allegedly.

Conor McGregor

The former UFC lightweight and featherweight champ announced the end of his MMA career on social media late last week.

Hey guys quick announcement, I’ve decided to retire from the sport formally known as “Mixed Martial Art” today.
I wish all my old colleagues well going forward in competition.
I now join my former partners on this venture, already in retirement.
Proper Pina Coladas on me fellas!”
– Conor McGregor on Twitter.

This, of course, is not the first time Conor McGregor has retired from MMA. He also did so in 2016, and we all know how that ended.

Given McGregor’s track record, it should come as no surprise that the oddsmakers believe there’s a good chance he’ll soon return to MMA. According to the website MyTopSportsbooks.com, odds have also been released for a number of other McGregor career moves. Legal and otherwise.
