UFC 216 Salaries: Tony Ferguson earns top payout

The UFC 216 fighter salaries are in and newly crowned interim lightweight champion Tony Ferguson earned the events top payout.

Ferguson, who submitted Kevin Lee in the third-round of the UFC 216 main event, earned a total of $500,000 for his title earning victory.

Meanwhile, Ferguson’s UFC 216 opponent Kevin Lee took home $250,000 for his efforts.

UFC flyweight champion Demetrious Johnson took home $370,000 for his historic win over Ray Borg last night. “Mighty Mouse” set a new UFC record for consecutive title defenses with eleven by submitting Borg in the fifth-round of their co-main event bout.

Borg took home $100,000 for his efforts.
