Headlining ‘Second to None’ will be the University of MMA’s welterweight and heavyweight championship finals, respectively. These matches represent the culmination of two four-man championship tournaments which commenced at the U’s previous event, ‘Champions of Tomorrow!’ in May at the same venue.

I think it’s ’cause Weidman can beat him and everyone knows it. It sucks, there’s politics involved, there’s a lot of money on the line, and it’s sad to see the No. 1 contender not get a shot because Anderson’s camp is choosing who he wants to fight. I’d like to see Weidman get a shot because I think he can take out Anderson Silva.”

Chael spoke with UFC Today’s Ariel Helwani about a possible move to the Light Heavyweight division. “There is simply an option to start over by changing weight class. My mentors have done it, and it could happen. I would go up to 205. Jon Jones. There are some great guys at 185, but traditionally and historically, it is a good way to get a fresh start and start over.”
