Despite Silva celebrating as if he had won the fight, the commission regained control of the situation and the fight continued at the start of the fourth round. After five hard fought rounds, Bisping was awarded the unanimous decision win, despite many fans scoring the fight in Silva’s favor. This led to speculation that the judging in the fight was biased due to the fact that it took place in England.
