ONE: Roots of Honor live results and highlights – Nguyen, Pacio deliver stunning KOs

On Friday, ONE Championship returned to The Mall of Asia Arena in Manila, Philippines with the stacked ONE: Roots of Honor card.

This card was topped by a featherweight title fight between long absent champion Martin Nguyen and former champion Narantungalag Jadambaa, one of the most experienced veterans on the ONE roster.

The ONE: Roots of Honor card also featured a second title fight, as Team Lakay product Joshua Pacio looked to reclaim the strawweight title from the man he recently lost it to, Japan’s Yosuke Saruta.

The card also featured the final bout of the ONE Flyweight World Grand Prix — the bout that would produce the next opponent for Demetrious “Mighty Mouse” Johnson — as Tatsumitsu Wada battled wrestling specialist  Gustavo Balart.

Elsewhere on the card, we saw appearances from top talents like James Nakashima, Luis “Sapo” Santos, Leandro Issa, Edward Kelly and Anderson “Braddock” Silva.
