By Mike Pendleton - April 1, 2019

Justin Gaethje has made highlights in every single fight since he joined the UFC, and now UFC commentator Joe Rogan is giving him a title that fits just right.

Justin Gaethje

After Gaethje secured his third finish in five UFC fights, knocking out Edson Barboza in the first-round this past weekend at UFC Philadelphia, he’s secured his place as one of the most violent fighters in MMA. In fact, following his incredible performance over Barboza, Rogan labeled Gaethje as the most violent fighter in MMA.

There has been a finish in each of Gaethje’s five fights inside the UFC with wins over Michael Johnson, James Vick, and now Barboza. Gaethje’s two losses have come to former lightweight champion Eddie Alvarez and upcoming lightweight title challenger Dustin Poirier.

Since joining the UFC, Justin Gaethje has been awarded six bonuses in the five fights he’s had and he’s also had 17 KO/TKO finishes in his 20 career wins. With the lightweight division starting to play itself out, Gaethje could find himself with another top-ranked lightweight opponent when he steps back inside the UFC Octagon.
