PHOTO | Horrific x-ray of Evangelista Santos’ fractured skull

Friday evening at Bellator 158, Michael ‘Venom’ Page extended his professional MMA record to 10-0 as he knocked out Evangelista Santos with a perfectly timed flying knee.

Following the bout it was revealed that the knockout, which was certainly a spectacular one for Page, actually fractured Santos’ head. It was also revealed that Santos would need to undergo surgery for the injury.

Now, Santos has released the horrifying x-ray of his fractured head.

Earlier this month at Bellator 158, Michael Page picked up one of the most incredible knockouts in MMA history when he landed a flying knee on Evangelista Santos. Santos was hospitalized, at which point he was informed that he would need to undergo surgery to have his skull surgically repaired.
