The fighters salaries for Saturday night’s UFC 229 pay-per-view event have been revealed and not surprisingly former “champ champ” Conor McGregor leads the company payroll.

Conor McGregor

The Irish superstar recently told reporters that he expects to make around $50 million for his UFC 229 fight tomorrow night against current UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov.

However, according to the Nevada State Athletic Commission, Conor McGregor (21-3 MMA) will actually pocket a flat $3 million when he squares off with the undefeated Khaib Nurmagomedov (26-0 MMA) tomorrow night in Las Vegas.

According the NSAC’s report, “The Eagle” will take home $2 million win or lose for his efforts.

The bitter rivals, Conor McGregor and Khabib Nurmagomedov, engaged in an intense staredown at the UFC 229 weigh ins which resulted in a brief scuffle.
