Bellator 120 Results: Tito Ortiz Chokes Shlemenko Unconscious In Round 1

After nearly two-years out of action, ‘The Huntington Beach Bad Boy Tito Ortiz defeated the Bellator middleweight champion in under three-minutes.

After absorbing a few of Shlemenko’s strikes, Ortiz worked a clinch against the cage, earned an early takedown, manhandled the champion and choked him out with ease.

Shlemenko did not tap, he went limp, and referee ‘Big John’ McCarthy halted the action at the 2:27 mark of the very first round.
