There are a few ways to define strength.

What many people might immediately think of is how much weight you can lift in the gym, say in the bench press or dead lift. How about body weight exercises such as pull ups or push ups?

Here, we take a look a series of strength challenges between two athletes from two very different backgrounds. Matt Smedley is an NABBA Bodybuilder and challenges J.T Tenacity, a BJJ champion in a series of exercises from their respective background. From free weights in the gym to a gi grip, toes to bar exercise routine, the two athletes battle and test their strengths against one another.
