The bout took place this past Saturday at UFC Fight Night 42, and Pearson dominated all three rounds, however when the decision was read, it was in favor of Diego Sanchez.

CABMMA Chief Operating Officer Cristiano Sampaio said all 24 fighters who were tested before the event were clean, as well as the six randomly selected fighters after the event, including headliners Stipe Miocic and Fabio Maldonado, who also tested clean.
