This past weekend at UFC 208, Germaine de Randamie stepped into the Octagon for her highly anticipated inaugural women’s featherweight title fight against former UFC women’s bantamweight champion Holly Holm. After a back and forth 5-round scrap, complete with a bit of controversy, De Randamie was crowned the inaugural women’s featherweight champion.

In addition, Ronaldo Jacare Souza also moved one step closer to capturing the UFC middleweight championship as he defeated Tim Boetsch via submission in the very first round.
