Marlon Vera comments on would-be opponent Sean O'Malley's drug testing issues

After a six-month suspension from the United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA), UFC bantamweight prospect Sean O’Malley was scheduled to return to the cage opposite Marlon Vera at UFC 239. Regrettably, has once again tested positive for ostarine, the same banned substance he was previously sanctioned for. While USADA has elected not to suspended O’Malley again, this issue will still keep him off the UFC 239 bill. And his would-be opponent Marlon Vera doesn’t seem too impressed.
UFC 235 card finalized as Saenz steps up to face Vera

With Frankie Saenz replacing Thomas Almeida (eye injury) on short notice against Marlon Vera, the loaded UFC 235 is now finalized with 13 bouts. ESPN was the first to report the news regarding the switch up in this UFC 235 bantamweight matchup.
Marlon Vera recounts being kicked out of locker room by "little b***h" Cody Garbrandt

Cody Garbrandt, who came up short to TJ Dillashaw in the UFC 227 main event, was assigned to the same locker room as UFC 227 undercard fighter Marlon Vera, who has recently done a bit of training with Dillashaw. When the both wound up in that locker room at the same time, Garbrandt and his team essentially kicked Vera out, worrying perhaps that he might be spying for Dillashaw. As you can probably imagine, this did not go over well with Vera, who was just hoping to do some training of his own.
