VIDEO | Khabib Nurmagomedov reacts to his manager being kicked out of the UFC 229 presser

Khabib Nurmagomedov and Conor McGregor squared off for the first time at Thursday’s UFC 229 press conference in New York City.

Emotions were running high soon after the press conference got underway. Conor McGregor immediately began taking shots at the current UFC lightweight champion, promising to enjoy the bad beating he is allegedly going to put on Khabib Nurmagomedov.

“I came back for the love of this. To come and shut this man (Khabib) up. That little rat, that little weasel. A little hard man in groups. I met many of them through my years. A man who grows in numbers. But a man who when on his own and confronted cowers away and that’s what you saw with that shit on the bus over there. He shit his jocks in front of his own countrymen. I’m truly going to love putting a bad, bad beating on this little glass jaw rat!

The brash Irishman did not stop there, taking things a step further by systematically attacking a number of shady figures linked to Khabib Nurmagomedov’s camp.

One of those figures was Khabib Nurmagomedov’s manager Ali Abdelaziz who Conor McGregor referred to as a “snitch terrorist”.

“Shut your mouth, Ali Abdelaziz,” McGregor screamed at Abdelaziz during Thursday’s staredown with Khabib. “You terrorist snitch! I know a lot about you as well, you mad man. I know a lot about you as well! You keep your mouth shut kid! How’s Noah? How’s Noah? Yeah, shut your mouth! Never speak about me, ever in your life! Watch yourself around me, ‘cuz you’ll be out of here quick.”

In the above video current UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov and his manager Ali Abdelaziz seemingly appear to laugh off Conor McGregor’s attempted mind games (fast forward to the 12:30 mark of the video).

The pair seem very confident that “The Eagle” will remain undefeated following the conclusion of UFC 229 on October 6 in Las Vegas.
