Plenty of diehard American football and casual fans figure to be glued to their screens for the final game of the NFL season. True fans of the game will find out if 49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan earns his first Super Bowl ring as a head coach, or if the dominance of Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs continues. Casual fans will be hooked on the Halftime Show performance from Usher. Expect to also hear a lot about music star Taylor Swift, who is in a relationship with Chiefs’ tight end Travis Kelce.

“The Last Stylebender” has a good feeling about which team will emerge victorious, and who the MVP will be.

Israel Adesanya Places Major Bet On Super Bowl LVIII

Taking to his X account, Israel Adesanya revealed he has placed big money on Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes taking the MVP award for this year’s Super Bowl.

“WHO YOU GOT⁉️ I got side bets on this Super Bowl,” Adesanya wrote. “But the main bet is what I come home to.”

While a $20,000 bet is big, picking Mahomes to win the MVP award isn’t a stretch by any means. Mahomes has been a key reason for the Chiefs’ past Super Bowl wins, and if Kansas City is to claim another title, Mahomes would likely play a significant role in getting there.

If the 49ers can pull this one off, however, it would be a Cinderella story for the team’s QB, Brock Purdy. It’s well-known by now that Purdy was picked last overall in the 2022 NFL draft, and he has become one of the biggest surprises of the league.

Super Bowl LVIII will begin at 6:30 p.m. ET, and will air live on CBS in the United States.
