Darren Till buries Nate Diaz vs. Mike Perry fight: “American trash”

Darren Till has low expectations for the May 16 clash between Nate Diaz and Mike Perry.

Diaz vs. Perry will be featured on the undercard of Ronda Rousey vs. Gina Carano. It’s a marquee MMA event that is being promoted by Jake Paul’s Most Valuable Promotions, and it will air live on Netflix.

Despite the big names, Till is not impressed. In an interview with MMAFighting, “The Gorilla” slammed Diaz vs. Perry and the entire MVP MMA card.

“It’s just a mongoloid fight, isn’t it?” Till said. “Just a pair of f*cking Teletubbies fighting each other. Nate Diaz can’t string a sentence together, neither can Mike. It’s trash. American trash. Just trash.

“Everyone on that card is trash, actually. In fact, it’s a full card of mongoloids. Trash.”

Till is none too pleased that Perry passed on fighting him under the BKFC banner in favor of the lucrative clash with Diaz. Till insists he still wants the fight with Perry. He even believes it’s a big enough bout to fill up Anfield Stadium in Liverpool.

While Till trashed the MVP card, he has no issues with the promotion itself. He even revealed his team was in contact with MVP when the May 16 card was being put together.

“MVP were chatting to my manager,” Till said. “I think they were in touch. I was obviously interested in fighting Jake. Jake’s got other plans in life. If that fight ever one day arises, then yeah, it’s there. But they reached out, nothing came to terms. Got nothing bad to say about them, to be honest with you. Nakisa [Bidarian] seems like a cool guy. Hopefully, one day we do business.”

Do you think we’ll eventually get to see Darren Till and Mike Perry settle their differences? If so, would you rather see them compete in bare knuckle boxing or MMA?
