Dana White gives André Lima a “I got f**king bit bonus” following UFC Vegas 89

Dana White provided André Lima with a “I got f**king bit bonus” following his disqualification win at tonight’s UFC Vegas 89 event.

Lima (7-0 MMA) squared off with Igor Severino (8-1 MMA) in the second scrap of tonight’s thirteen-bout fight card from the UFC Apex in Las Vegas.

During the second round of the contest, Severino had Lima’s back while standing near the cage and proceeded to bite André on the arm (see that here).

The referee stepped in and after seeing the bite mark on André Lima’s arm and quickly proceeded to disqualify Igor Severino for his inexcusable actions.

Immediately following the shocking result, several pro fighters took to social media where some called for Dana White and the UFC to cut Igor Severino for his despicable actions.

While the UFC CEO hasn’t offered an official reaction to the controversy (which will likely come at tonight’s post-fight presser), he did already provide André Lima with a “bite bonus”.

“According to Andre Lima’s manager Lucas Lutkus, Dana White told him after the fight he will give Lima the first “I Got Fucking Bit Bonus” 😂”

It will be interesting to see if Dana White and the UFC end up cutting Igor Severino for his actions this evening.

The disqualification marked the first blemish on Igor’s professional record, as he was previously 8-0 entering tonight’s event.
