Adrian Yanez is feeling confident again in the wake of win over Cody Garbrandt

UFC bantamweight Adrian Yanez has reflected on his big triumph over Cody Garbrandt at UFC 329 last weekend.
On Saturday night, Adrian Yanez was able to get the job done against Cody Garbrandt, and he did it in style with a stoppage. While he’s had his fair share of ups and downs throughout the course of his career, this felt like the young prospect that first emerged onto the scene a few years back.

While Garbrandt will likely be considering his mixed martial arts future, Yanez can now think about what he can build off the back of this at 135 pounds.
In his post-fight press conference appearance, Yanez had the following to say about getting his confidence back.
Yanez reflects on Garbrandt triumph
“This is a better version of me, and honestly, we’re expecting more. I’m just getting started,” Yanez said at his post-fight news conference. “I feel like I’m 21 years old again and just learning so much and expanding my mind, moving around. MMA IQ, to me, has been amazing. I’m always not just physically training, but also mentally training. There’s going to be a better version of me next time I step in here.”
“The division should be scared,” Yanez said. “I’ve got secret weapons that nobody knows about. We’re just scratching the surface level of my all-around game. I haven’t shown everything, and I’m going to keep a lot of that a secret. I’m telling you right now, there’s a lot more to come. I’m getting better every single day, whether it’s 1 percent, whether it’s 5 percent, we’re on the path to growing and building.”
