Friday night on the LFA 14 fight card, Colbey Northcutt, the sister of UFC prospect ‘Super’ Sage Northcutt, made her highly anticipated professional MMA debut, where she lost via TKO in the 2nd round due to ground & pound strikes.

Interestingly enough, Sage Northcutt was in the broadcasting booth for his sister’s fight, as he was asked what his sister should be doing to defend the position, stating:

“She needs to keep rolling to her side. Make sure she keeps her elbow in. It looks like if she rolls to her back, so Colbey needs to be aware of that, but doesn’t want to be on her stomach, so – “

Going into the fight, there was quite a bit of media coverage, as well as hype, surrounding Northcutt’s MMA debut. Unfortunately for Northcutt, it’s back to the drawing board for Northcutt.
