What Ripa lacked in announcing “The New UFC Women’s Champion” properly, she scored points for “willingness” with her own head-kick attempts on Strahan.

A potential matchup with Miesha Tate may be in the plans for the future, but for now, the champ can relax. With Ronda Rousey on hiatus from the UFC for now, and Christiane “Cyborg” Justino with “weight” issues, and Amanda Nunes maybe one fight away from a title shot, it seems like Miesha might get to scrap for a title sooner than later.
