Vitor Belfort’s Drug Test Results To Be Made Public

By BJPENN.COM News - June 3, 2014

The MMA world will no longer have to speculate as to the results of Vitor Belfort’s surprise drug test back in February. Yahoo Sports broke the story today that the NSAC would make the results of Belfort’s surprise test public during his hearing to apply for a license on June 17th.

NSAC executive director Bob Bennett told Cagewriter about Belfort’s hearing and why the results would be made public.

“The test results will be made public, yes. If Mr. Belfort appears at his hearing, which I’m sure he will, the commissioners will get to question him about any topics they want and I’m sure that will come up.”

There you have it PENNation! In just 14 days we will no longer have to speculate as to why Vitor was removed from his bout with Wiedman, if he was abusing TRT, and whether or not Vitor Belfort will be licensed to fight Chael Sonnen.
