Rockhold “disappointed” in performance against Weidman

Yes you read that headline correct.

Luke Rockhold

While Luke Rockhold may have defeated Chris Weidman via 4th round TKO at UFC 194 to claim the UFC middleweight championship, that doesn’t mean that Rockhold was pleased with his performance.

He spoke to MMAJunkie to explain:

“I was disappointed in the way I did it. I can do so much better than that. I was about half the man I should have been in that fight. I didn’t fight well at all. Ask my teammates what I’m capable of. I fought to about half of my ability.”

Rockhold currently doesn’t have a date set for his first title defense, however he’s willing to fight Chris Weidman, Yoel Romero, or Vitor Belfort, as long as it isn’t at UFC 199
