Lim vs. Sato Set For UFC Fight Night 52 In Japan

Hyun Gyu Lim and Takenori Sato is tentatively set for UFC Fight Night 52 in Japan, however the UFC officials have yet to make a formal announcement on the bout.

Lim is 2-1 in his UFC career, and is coming off a disappointing decision loss to Tarec Saffiedine back in January. Prior to that Lim was riding a seven fight win streak, which included two fights under the UFC banner that ended by way of knockout.

Sato on the other hand has yet to pick up a win under the UFC banner. Dropping a TKO loss to Erick Silva in his promotional debut back in February, The former welterweight Pancrase champion is looking to get his first win with the UFC.

UFC Fight Night 52 takes place in Japan and will take place at the Saitama Super Arena on September 20th. The announced fight card is as follows:

Mark Hunt vs. Roy Nelson
Rin Nakai vs. Miesha Tate
Kyoji Horiguchi vs. opponent TBA
Takanori Gomi vs. Myles Jury
Yoshihiro Akiyama vs. Kyle Noke
Norifumi Yamamoto vs. opponent TBA
Hyun Gyu Lim vs. Takenori Sato
